  • Get sleep, food, movement, sunlight
  • If it persists, talk to a professional
  • Pick one tiny task and finish it
  • Message one person just to say hi
  • Take an action tied to your values: kindness, learning, health, etc.
Bad Ideas
  • Scroll endlessly “to feel something”
  • Skip all movement and daylight
  • Let hygiene, meals, and sleep slide
  • Over-caffeinate to force motivation
  • Self-shame for not feeling motivated
  • Isolate yourself completely
  • Stick to the same dead routines
